VSPVU can be joined by everyone but is dedicated to Psychology, Pedagogical Sciences and PABO students at the Vrije Universiteit

VSPVU organises a big variety of events. It ranges from informational events, such as lectures, excursions, symposiums and conventions, to social events, such as festivals, borrels and trips.

Throughout the whole year, you can become a member by filling in the form on our website under “Become a Member”.In the beginning of the year, you can apply for being part of a committee. During this period, you can fill out a form on our website to become an Active Member. Being an Active Member means that you are a member of one of our committees and help the VSPVU with organising its events. More information about this is shared yearly at the beginning of the academic year, so keep an eye on our social media.

As a member of the association you are provided with a discount on books. As well, you receive a discount on all the activities VSPVU organises. The VSPVU also provides you with discounts for certain restaurants and bars.

Press on “Activities” > “Calendar”. On this page, you will be able to see all the activities that are planned, but we always recommend you to follow us on social media (Instagram) to receive the most up to date information.

Tickets can be found under “Activities” > “Member tickets” if you are a member and “Activities” > “Non-member tickets” if you are not a member. Mostly, for events that are free but do require signing up, forms are used. These can be found under “Activities” > “Forms”. When you signed up for an event, you will receive your ticket in the form of an e-mail.

Our VSPVU room, MF-D056, is located in the Medical Faculty (MF) of the Vrije Universiteit Campus on the ground floor, at the end of the hallway. In the VSPVU-room, you can get yourself a coffee, tea or lemonade. We also have a big variety of (board)games, a toastie maker and even an Nintendo Switch!
